The conventional production process for aluminum nitride involves initiating the nitride reaction directly at over 1200℃ after shredding alumina or metallic aluminum. This method has its limitations, including the possibility of foreign matter mixing and excessive energy consumption. 

ALINK has developed a technology capable of extracting high-purity AlH3 powder from AlH3R emitted during the aluminum textile coating process. Through a low-temperature nitride heat treatment, Alink synthesizes nano-sized AlN with over 99.9% purity.

Applications

AlN functioning as a thermal interface material, is applied as a raw material in the production of high-functional heat dissipation plates, aluminum nitride parts for semiconductor devices, and bonding material for secondary batteries.
